I found the install folder in the phpBB folder on my pc but no composer.phar install.
I found the Startup.php file on but no install folder. in /usr/home/public_html/testforum/includes/startup.php on line 80"
composer.phar install' from the phpBB directory to do so. Trying to open the website returns an error message "Fatal error: Composer dependencies have not been set up yet, run 'php. Step 8 says "Now start the update process by pointing your browser to the install folder". What actions did you take (updating your board installing a MOD, style or extension etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? Updating from 3.3.3 to 3.3.5. What is your level of experience?
